As an Industrial Design Engineering graduate from TU Delft, I have a strong foundation in systems thinking, structural clarity, and bringing order to complex environments. Joining Forze Hydrogen Racing gives me the opportunity to apply this design mindset to a high-tech, fast-paced engineering context.

As Lead Information & Communication, I am responsible for structuring, governing, and scaling Forze’s digital landscape. I make sure our technology infrastructure works seamlessly as a whole, shaping our IT architecture, organizing our data streams, and setting up the standards for security, cloud management, and governance. Acting as the bridge between business, operations, and technical teams, I translate organizational needs into reliable digital solutions.

What drives me most in this role is building a seamless digital foundation that empowers every department to perform and collaborate at its best. It is incredibly inspiring to work alongside such a multidisciplinary team where every system and idea seamlessly intertwines. Together, we are not only pushing the limits of racing performance, but also proving to the world that hydrogen is a vital step toward a sustainable, zero-emission future.
