I’m currently an Aerospace Engineering student in my third year at TU Delft with a passion for creating parts, from designing to machining and everything in between. Because of this, I am really happy to have the opportunity to work as a Production Engineer at Forze Team 19. This role allows me to get a lot of hands-on experience in the manufacturing process, whilst also letting me be on the front row for the development of the Forze IX.

As a Production Engineer, I oversee the manufacturing process of all the parts that are made in-house. This poses varying challenges: from checking all the technical drawings to manually operating a lathe or creating CAM programs to control CNC machines.

I am very excited about this role because it allows me to get my hands dirty and work directly on the car. Seeing the parts I made inside the car is an incredibly rewarding feeling. Furthermore this position allows me to work together with some of the brightest minds in Delft, and lets us tackle this engineering challenge together, to show the world that a sustainable future in motorsport is possible.
