Before starting my Master’s degree, I wanted to take on a challenge that combined theory with practice. Coming from a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering at Delft University of Technology, Forze was the ideal place to apply and expand my knowledge. My interest in automotive and motorsport since a young age made this an exciting opportunity to work on something I am passionate about while developing myself as an engineer.

As a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer, I focus on understanding and improving the suspension and handling of the Forze IX. My work involves designing and simulating components, optimizing setups, and collaborating with teammates across different disciplines. What I enjoy most is working closely with the mechanical aspects of the car. This balance between design, analysis, and hands-on work makes the position both challenging and rewarding.

What makes Forze special is not only the technical challenge, but also the teamwork. Working with motivated students from different backgrounds creates an open environment where ideas are shared and solutions are developed together. This combination of engineering, motorsport, and collaboration makes Forze a unique experience and an invaluable step in my development as an engineer.
