During my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, I focused primarily on three pillars: people, organizations, and technology. I developed skills in these areas individually while also combining them during my design projects. My background in human, organizational and exact sciences enables me to combine technical knowledge with managerial expertise in my role as Business & Finance Manager at Forze Hydrogen Racing Team XX.

In this position, I ensure the team’s financial stability while guiding its strategic direction. I lead the Business and Operations department, which includes Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Analysis. My responsibilities range from budgeting and long-term financial planning to developing and executing departmental strategies, ensuring the team can pursue its mission both on and off the track.

What I find most rewarding in this role is the opportunity to connect science and business in a way that creates real impact. Applying both technical and managerial skills, I contribute to the team’s success while working alongside passionate and ambitious colleagues. Together, we share the goal of proving that hydrogen technology is not only viable but also capable of delivering high-performance solutions in one of the most demanding environments.
