Ever since high school, I have been fascinated by technology and innovation, while also becoming increasingly aware of the importance of sustainability. After completing my bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, I decided to take a gap year to gain hands-on experience and explore how technology can drive a cleaner future. That decision led me to Forze Hydrogen Racing, where I was immediately drawn to the unique combination of hydrogen technology, high-performance engineering, and the competitive world of motorsport. Seeing how these elements come together to push the limits of sustainable innovation is what inspires me every day.

As Operations Manager, I am at the heart of every operation that takes place in and outside the Forze workshop. I oversee the logistics, planning, and organization of activities such as events, track tests, races, school tours, and public appearances. One of the most exciting parts of my role is representing Forze at fairs and events in and outside The Netherlands, where I get to share our story, engage with people who are passionate about hydrogen, and inspire others to think differently about sustainable mobility. Ensuring that the team has everything it needs to perform at its best requires constant coordination, problem-solving, and clear communication. These skills are what I continue to refine every day.

Working at Forze has been an incredible experience in teamwork, leadership, and innovation. Being part of a student team that develops cutting-edge hydrogen race cars shows what sustainable engineering can truly achieve. This role allows me to grow both professionally and personally, while exploring how clean technologies like hydrogen can shape the future of mobility and motorsport. It is an experience that helps me define my path forward in the fields of operations, hydrogen, and technology management.
