Board positions

  • As Team Manager at Forze, it is your responsibility to maintain an overview of the entire team and to facilitate the team in achieving their maximum potential. This requires ensuring a balanced alignment between the technical and business sides of the project, while continuously taking the overall mission and vision of Forze into account to develop strategies.

    To support the growth and performance of the team, you closely monitor how everyone is doing and maintain frequent individual contact with team members. In addition, you act as the spokesperson for the team both internally and externally. This role involves regularly representing Forze at events and interviews, allowing you to further develop your communication and presentation skills.


  • As Chief Engineer You are responsible for the technical quality and safety of the car. You are responsible for all the choices made regarding the tech projects, and for managing the interfaces between all tech departments. One can see the Chief Engineer as the person that collects the necessary information, passes the right information to the right people, and analyses the information to make the best decision. The Chief Engineer, in consultancy with people with the relevant knowledge, decides design requirements, chooses which concepts will continue in detailed design, and reviews finished tech projects.

    Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Team Manager, you craft high-level plans and communicate them to the department chiefs and engineers, fostering alignment throughout the team. Additionally, your partnership with the Project Manager ensures a well-oiled machine for quality control, setting stringent requirements, and reviewing the team’s output. As a mentor and problem-solver, you offer insights to chiefs and engineers, ensuring all departments stay on course.

  • Join Forze as a Business & Finance Manager and take on a role that offers a balanced mix of challenges and responsibilities. Your primary focus will be overseeing and managing the Business & Operations department. This involves the representation of our team through media and events and the acquisition of resources (both technical and financial) from partnerships with companies from all over the world. Day-to-day, you’ll be hands-on with planning of the projects, quality control and long-term strategizing for this part of the team.

    On the financial front, you have the responsibility to keep Forze financially healthy, this means setting-up and keeping track of the budget and all expenses. It’s a role that demands an eye for detail and strategic thinking.


  • As Project Manager you oversee the development of all projects within Forze. This means you will be responsible for the projects that will take place and in which order they are done. You will then bring the whole timeline of Forze to life in a planning and visualise this for the team and important stakeholders. Moreover, you are responsible for identifying, analyzing and mitigating possible risks or delays that come up in development before they happen. 

    Lastly, together with the Chief Engineer, you are responsible for the progress of the project and are involved in making the high-level technical decisions. This is done through frequent discussions with chiefs and engineers throughout all the departments.

Business & Operations Positions

  • As the PR & Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of sharing our story with the world. Using our hydrogen-powered racing car, cutting-edge technology, and the passion of our team, you’ll craft a compelling message that showcases the future of sustainable motorsport.

    On the PR side, you’ll maintain strong connections with the press, generating media coverage that amplifies our brand and mission. Your work will ensure Forze remains visible and relevant in the fast-evolving world of hydrogen innovation. On the marketing side, you’ll oversee our social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives conversation. From producing eye-catching videos and photos to writing impactful articles, you’ll bring Forze’s vision to life across multiple platforms.

  • As the Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the key link between our innovative team and the companies that support our mission. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard, all while keeping collaboration smooth and productive. In this role, you’ll manage expectations, track agreements, and ensure clear communication between partners and the team, creating a solid foundation for long-term success. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our network by identifying and connecting with potential new partners, securing their support to help Forze achieve its goals.

  • As the Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of our activities. From coordinating Forze’s events, such as international external showcases and company visits, to planning logistics for tests and races, you’ll ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally. You’ll represent Forze at industry events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and building valuable networks to support the team’s growth.

    Collaborating with team members, you’ll also work on improving our facilities, including office spaces, workshops, and our machine park, creating an environment that drives innovation. Additionally, you’ll manage Forze’s car park, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and ready when needed.

  • As a Business and Financial Strategy Analyst, you will play a vital role in the financial and business performance of Forze. On the financial side, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including bookkeeping, budgeting and strategic analysis. Working closely with the Business and Finance Manager (BFM), you will collaborate to make strategic decisions, based on your financial insights.

    As a business analyst you maintain dashboard goals for BusOps, tracking progress and reporting your findings to the relevant departments and the BFM. Furthermore, you will develop analytical models within BusOps to optimise performance, such as analysing marketing strategies for social media effectiveness.

  • The Lead Information and Communication  is responsible for structuring, governing, and scaling the organisation’s information and communication structure. This role brings order to our technology landscape and ensures that systems, data, infrastructure, and security are aligned with Forze's operations.

    You define and implement the overall information and communication architecture and roadmap, consolidate and organize data sources and tools, and establish clear standards for data ownership, access, and governance. In addition, you set up security, compliance, and backup strategies, select and manage vendors and cloud services, and define documentation standards and best practices.


    Acting as a bridge between business and operations and technical departments, you translate organisational needs into reliable and scalable solutions. You also support the AI Engineer from an organizational and infrastructural perspective.

    The role delivers a secure, well-documented, and connected information and communication landscape that enables efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth.

  • The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI solutions that leverage data across the organisation. This role ensures that AI tools can securely access, understand, and operate on both structured and unstructured data from multiple systems.

    You integrate AI solutions with key data sources such as Drive, Confluence, Slack, Jira, GitHub, and SharePoint, and design data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and indexing information. A core part of the role is building and maintaining AI-powered applications, including search, chatbots, assistants, and automation tools. You implement semantic search, embeddings, and retrieval mechanisms to make company knowledge easily accessible.

    Working closely with the Lead Information and Communication, you ensure secure, compliant, and reliable data access. You monitor AI performance, accuracy, and efficiency, and continuously improve systems based on user feedback and evolving Forze's needs. Clear documentation of AI architectures, data flows, and limitations is also an essential responsibility.

    The outcome of this role is practical, scalable AI solutions that work across all company knowledge, accelerate access to insights, and measurably improve productivity and decision-making.

Chassis Positions


  • As Chief Chassis, you lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers from mechanical, aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics to production. You are responsible for the structural integrity and performance of the car’s chassis while ensuring your engineers operate at their highest potential.

    Through daily check-ins and structured design reviews, you monitor progress, support technical decision-making, and ensure all projects follow a standardized three-phase design process. You oversee all design stages from concept to testing and final integration, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and compliance with performance requirements.

    Acting as the link between departments, you support subsystem integration and identify potential conflicts. Together with the Chief Engineer, you hold final technical sign-off authority and represent the chassis department in weekly management meetings, ensuring alignment with overall team objectives.

  • As Vehicle Dynamics engineer, you will be responsible for extracting the best performance out of our tyres. You will apply and optimise different setups to the car in close cooperation with the Simulation and Control department. The suspension is also one of the critical components for the safety of the drivers, so you will be monitoring everything on the car during mechanical checks and be close to the action during testing and racing of the car. It is a very versatile department which covers a lot of elements important to both designing and running a racing car.

  • As a Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining and optimising key mechanical systems to ensure the car's structural robustness and reliability. Your work spans various critical projects. This includes maintaining the drivetrain, improving gearbox cooling systems, integrating new components in the monocoque and onto the subframe. Your role involves designing and improving parts to strengthen connections between components while enhancing overall mechanical performance. During the projects you will interact a lot with the other departments within the team to ensure reliability. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in mechanical integration and high-performance vehicle engineering.

  • As an Aerodynamics Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and designing lightweight bodywork to optimize the car’s aerodynamic performance. You will develop this bodywork in-house using vacuum infusion, strategic layup techniques, and precise trimming. Additionally, you will enhance cooling efficiency by directing airflow to the main radiators using CFD and collaborate closely with the vehicle dynamics team to refine ride height and wing angles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in aerodynamic design, CFD analysis, and high-performance vehicle cooling.

Fuel Cell & Powertrain Positions

  • As Chief Fuel Cell and Powertrain, your role is crucial in the development and optimisation of the car. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the design, integration and performance of the fuel cell systems and the powertrain that propels our car. 

    This means that you have an in-depth understanding of the fuel cell and powertrain systems of the car. You will create the planning for the department, together with the Chief Engineer and Project Manager, in order to deploy your engineers and resources as effectively as possible to achieve a shared critical objective. If a project spans over multiple departments, it is up to you, as the Chief Fuel Cell and Powertrain, to make this process go as smoothly as possible. Apart from this, you will also work closely with suppliers and partners to look for the best parts and solutions for the car's systems. Lastly, you keep an eye on the overall well-being of the department and check in with engineers regularly.

  • As a Fuel Cell & Cooling Engineer, you will be responsible for the fuel cell system as well as all cooling cycles, improving their performance, reliability, and efficiency. Your contribution will ensure that all the components in those systems work seamlessly together to deliver peak performance for our hydrogen-powered race car on the track.
    Throughout the year you will focus on the integration and validation of the entire second fuel cell system, ensuring it operates efficiently alongside the already integrated systems. To achieve this, you will work closely alongside the departments, collaborating to drive performance improvements in the dual fuel cell systems, through innovative component redesigns and extensive validation processes.
    Cooling system optimization is also a critical part of this role. You will not only work on enhancing the performance of existing cooling cycles, but also the design and integration of a dedicated cooling cycle for the second fuel cell.
    This role offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills in system integration, thermal management and performance optimization. All while contributing to the development of pioneering hydrogen-powered technology in motorsport.

  • As a Powertrain Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for anything 'High Voltage´ in between the fuel cells and the wheels, from converters to the accumulator and even the air compressors and their controllers. The powertrain connects the fuel cell, the accumulator and the electro motors and operates at voltages up to 600 volts and currents over 400 amperes. 

    In addition, you will oversee the integration of the powertrain for the front drive train, ensuring seamless operation and maximum performance. This complex task requires a deep understanding of system dynamics and engineering collaboration. You will work with a lot of different departments, like the mechanical engineers with the electromotor, simulation & control to optimize strategies and the fuel cell department itself.

  • As Safety Manager, you are responsible for operational safety within Forze. You ensure that day-to-day activities across all departments, including workshop operations, vehicle testing, transport, and race events, are carried out safely.

    You own the operational safety procedures and act as the central point of contact for all safety-related matters. You work closely with the Project Manager and Chief Engineer to enable efficient project execution while maintaining a safe working environment, and you contribute to the technical safety assessment of the F9 system. In addition, you collaborate with the Business & Finance Manager and Team Manager to ensure that documentation, compliance, and procedures meet required standards.

    Lastly, you serve as the team’s safety expert for hydrogen and high-voltage–related testing, continuously identifying risks and driving improvements to make Forze a safe place to work.

Embedded Systems

  • As Chief Embedded Systems, you are responsible for overseeing the complete embedded system of the car, including electronics, software, and wiring harness. You maintain a high-level understanding of the system architecture and support your engineers in low-level design choices. You work closely with the Project Manager for long term planning and with the Chief Engineer to assess the technical and system-level consequences of key decisions. When issues arise that span multiple departments, you take ownership of resolving them and ensuring these get solved by tackling them yourself, or delegating them to your engineers. Since you will have a lot of interfacing between the departments, you can learn a lot about the department they are not familiar with.

  • As an Electronics Engineer you are responsible for the PCBs in our embedded system, which interface with all the sensors and actuators in the car. The embedded systems make sure all the software and control can communicate with all physical systems in the car like the fuel cell and powertrain, so we can drive as fast as possible! You will collaborate with the software engineers to design, test, and manage all the PCBs in the car. The PCBs we design range from managing and monitoring power systems to our own Electronic Control Units (ECUs). This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in PCB design and testing while working on our, mostly self developed, embedded system.

  • At the Software department, you will be responsible for programming the microcontrollers in the embedded system of the car. This ranges from writing new low-level drivers from the ground up that directly interface with the hardware, sensors and actuators to testing and validating PCBs and making the whole integrated embedded system work smoothly together. Therefore, you are the fabric that connects the electronics to the control systems. You will ensure that the software is thoroughly tested and reviewed to meet the unique requirements of the car's embedded environment.

  • As a Wiring Harness Engineer, your role involves connecting sensors in the racing car, emphasising precision in wiring. You collaborate with different departments, ensuring an integrated system. You are involved in multiple subsystems in the car and you will make harnesses up to automotive standards. Thorough testing and validation ensure the reliability of subsystems, and your insights will directly impact the car's on-track performance.

Simulation & Control

  • As Chief Simulation & Control you are responsible for the Simulation & Control Department and are a part of the Management. This means that you make sure the planning that you make with the Project Manager is achieved and that every decision is discussed with the concerned people including the Chief Engineer. If inter-departmental problems arise, it will be up to the Chief Simulation & Control to tackle these issues. Also as a Chief your focus is on managing engineers and their projects, for which you need the technical knowledge and overview of the entire control system of the car as well as the HR side of this. Besides this you will have small technical projects or tasks on your own and are busy with testing the car directly including the data analysis of it.

  • As a SimCon Engineer, you play a vital role in pushing the boundaries of the car. You design and optimize control systems, such as the energy management system, fuel cell and traction processor. Besides this you will frequently work directly with the car by testing various components in a simulator, inhouse or on track where you can develop your troubleshooting skills and strong decision making under pressure. Another important part is the data analysis of this and further decisions based on your findings. This gives you an opportunity to develop skills in simulation, control and performance optimisation.



  • As Race Engineer, you will be the link between our drivers and the rest of the team. This means that you will communicate with our drivers to keep them up to date on the status of our car and what might have changed between the last time they drove. On the other hand, during a test on track or a race you need to be able to translate the needs of the driver and manage the team to make sure everybody knows what needs to be done to be able to test/race as efficiently as possible. To be able to do this you need to have the knowledge of the whole car to be able to manage other team members and make decisions together with the Chief Engineer based on the information you get. For a race you are responsible for the best performance of the car for which you need to determine strategies for the race and investigate the best setpoints, settings and setup in the car. This to make sure the driver is happy with the balance of the car and the team knows what to do in different situations. When testing inhouse you are responsible for the planning together with the Project Manager and will make sure the right people are available for the test. Also you need to keep the test structured and organised to test as efficiently as possible.
