During my Bachelor's in Applied Physics at TU Delft, I developed a strong interest in how technological innovation can accelerate the energy transition. During this time, I conducted research on optical hydrogen sensors, which sparked my interest in hydrogen technology. Now, I would like to apply my affinity with hydrogen in a different way, moving from a technical research role toward a role where I can guide and organize a team around this technology.

Through these experiences, I discovered my passion for guiding multidisciplinary teams that combine expertise in engineering, business, and innovation. To do so I focus on guiding my team members with their personal development. In addition, I value strategic and critical thinking, and I am driven by the ambition to demonstrate how technological innovation can contribute to sustainability.

Forze Hydrogen Racing perfectly aligns with this ambition. It brings together highly motivated students with diverse backgrounds, united by the challenge of pushing hydrogen technology to its limits by racing. I see it as an ideal environment to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward a shared goal: showing the world that high-performance racing and sustainability can go hand in hand. Together, we can prove that innovation is not just about speed, but about driving real change.
