Meike Eskes| Fuel Cell Engineer
I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from TU Delft, where I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, thermodynamics, and system design. During my studies, I became especially interested in sustainable energy technologies and how physics principles can be applied to real-world engineering challenges.
Now, I’m working as a Fuel Cell and Cooling Engineer, focusing on the development and optimization of the fuel cell system. My main work revolves around the integration and thermal management of fuel cell stacks, ensuring efficient performance and reliability. At the moment, I’m working on integrating the second fuel cell stack into the car, which involves a mix of technical design, testing, and collaboration across different engineering teams.
It’s a really exciting role where I get to combine my passion for clean energy with hands-on engineering and see how physics concepts turn into real innovations on the road.
