Miró Bruinsma| Mechanical Engineer
Driven by a strong passion for design and sustainability, I chose to study Mechanical Engineering at the TU Delft. Throughout my studies I often sought challenges that went beyond predefined projects. Opportunities where I could apply and deepen my technical knowledge while contributing to a more sustainable future. That is why I am proud to be part of Forze as one of the Mechanical Engineers on TXIX.
My role mainly focuses on gearbox related systems; from cooling and shimming to optimization and research. Developing one of the fastest hydrogen-powered race cars demands just more than engineering solutions. It demands careful design review, smart material choices and precise maintenance to guarantee both performance and safety. Together with my fellow engineers, I work to make sure the car is not only fast and competitive on track, but also reliable and safe for the entire team.
What makes Forze truly special is the opportunity to work alongside inspiring and skilled students, all driven by the potential of hydrogen technology. This creates an environment where every challenge turns into an opportunity, and where you learn to inspire each other. Every decision is rooted in collaboration, dedication and a shared vision: the vision to show the force of Forze, and the power of hydrogen.
