Nills Peppin| Chief Fuel Cell & Powertrain
As a Mechanical Engineering student with a strong drive and a passion for sustainable energy, joining Forze Hydrogen Racing felt like a perfect fit. Combining my enthusiasm for motorsport with my interest in the energy transition, I found the perfect place to push the boundaries of hydrogen technology.
In my role as Chief Fuel Cell & Powertrain, I act as the bridge between high-level management decisions and detailed engineering work. This position allows me to dive deep into technical challenges, gaining hands-on engineering experience, while also developing leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
What excites me most about this role is the chance to push hydrogen energy to its limits through application in a race car. Allowing my team and I to step into the unknown behind fuel cell racing and tackle technical challenges that have never been solved before. Working alongside a team of highly motivated students, all driven by their passion for engineering, sustainability, and motorsport, makes this experience truly unique and incredibly rewarding.
