As a Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management graduate (TPM), with a passion for sustainability, motorsport, and innovation, I am excited to take on the role of Business & Finance Manager at Forze Hydrogen Racing team XVIII. This position allows me to merge my educational background and personal interests into impactful work that advances hydrogen applications and sustainable innovation.

At Forze Hydrogen Racing, I manage the non-technical aspects of our cutting-edge projects. My responsibilities are twofold. First, as the head of the Business and Operations department, I oversee efforts to promote our hydrogen cars, represent the team at media engagements and events, and secure global partnerships and resources. This involves project planning, quality control, and long-term strategy development. Second, I am responsible for maintaining the team’s financial health. From setting up and tracking budgets to monitoring expenses, I ensure every decision aligns with our fiscal responsibility.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is showcasing the immense potential of hydrogen technology. Working alongside a team of dedicated individuals, I am proud to contribute to the global conversation on sustainability and push the boundaries of hydrogen-powered innovation. Together, we are driving toward a greener, more sustainable future.
