Before joining Forze, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft. My passion for technology expresses itself through motorsport and the understanding of complex mechanisms. That is why I enjoy my work at Forze as a Mechanical Engineer - this role allows me to put my theoretical knowledge into practice, with the goal of pushing the performance of the Forze IX to its maximum.

As a Mechanical Engineer at Forze, I work with many components of the car. I am mainly responsible for the gearboxes and the chassis. I also ensure that all new components from other departments are properly integrated into the car and securely attached to the frame.

Collaboration with other departments is something I truly enjoy; through these projects I learn what they are working on and how their part of the car functions. With our combined efforts, we make sure that every new part contributes to improving the performance of the Forze IX.

What drives me is seeing a concept become reality. You spend countless hours looking at a part in CAD software, trying to improve every aspect of the design: Can it perform better? Can the manufacturing be simplified? Could the assembly be improved? Then, after production, when the part becomes reality, it is always a special moment.

I do this together with a motivated and talented team, as we push the limits of sustainable technology and prove to the world that hydrogen is a viable solution for the energy transition.
