Ruben Bogers|Operations Manager
I began my studies at Delft University of Technology, where I pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. The program emphasized creating a more future-proof world, including a particular focus on the transport industry. This inspired my interest and curiosity to delve deeper into these topics. With this in mind, and fueled by my passion for motorsport, joining Forze seemed like the ideal opportunity to explore how hydrogen can serve as an energy carrier in the mobility sector and contribute to the broader energy transition.
Civil Engineering introduced me to specific environmental challenges, which made me even more enthusiastic about contributing to this field. While I found the technical side interesting, I realized I was more drawn to the economic aspects. Additionally, through my roles as a student assistant, I discovered how much I enjoyed the organizational side of things. These experiences sparked my interest in the business and operations department and made me excited about spreading the team’s message.
As Operations Manager, I take on a variety of tasks that focus on two main objectives: spreading the message of Forze and ensuring the team operates as efficiently as possible. This involves attending major hydrogen and automotive events to promote our mission, secure new partnerships, or maintain existing ones. Additionally, I am responsible for creating an optimal working environment. Whether it’s managing our workshop or ensuring everything runs smoothly during track tests and races, my role is to make sure the team has everything they need to succeed.
