After completing my Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management, I began a Master’s in Transport, Infrastructure, and Logistics. While I found the program insightful and aligned with my academic interests, I realized I wanted to explore a more practical and hands-on challenge. With a passion for motorsport and sustainability, I was drawn to Forze Hydrogen Racing seeing an opportunity to apply my background to a real-world project combining cutting-edge technology and sustainability.

As a Business and Financial Strategy Analyst at Forze, I have the unique opportunity to combine my passion for motorsport and sustainability with practical problem-solving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Working with a diverse and highly motivated team, I am constantly learning and refining my skills to meet the challenges of our hydrogen-powered racing project. This role allows me to apply the analytical skills gained during my Bachelor to real-world scenarios, making the experience both engaging and fulfilling.

In this role, I support the team by managing financial strategies, overseeing budgeting, and conducting strategic analysis to guide decision-making. I collaborate closely with the Business and Finance Manager, ensuring that our projects are financially viable and aligned with the overall goals. From developing analytical models to evaluate marketing strategies to tracking business progress, my work revolves around optimizing performance and supporting the team in achieving its objectives. Every task, whether it’s analyzing financial data or helping refine business strategies, contributes to our mission of advancing hydrogen technology and pushing the boundaries of sustainable motorsport.
