As an Aerospace Engineering student at TU Delft with a passion for technology and racing, I was excited to join Forze Hydrogen Racing as Chief Embedded Systems of Team 20. It gives me the chance to grow technically while also learning how to lead a team.

As Chief Embedded Systems, I lead our electrical, software and wiring harness engineers in developing the systems that make the car communicate and act. I am also the link between our mission as Forze and the personal ambitions of my engineers, and make sure the two align as well as possible.

What I find most rewarding is delivering embedded systems that hold up under real racing conditions, where a single detail can decide a session. Getting to do that every day with a group of people this driven, all working towards showing the world the potential of hydrogen, is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
