Beyond developing technology, Forze also focuses on developing the people behind it, supported by Randstad through workshops and professional training.

At Forze, development is at the core of what we do. We develop a hydrogen-powered race car to showcase the potential of hydrogen as a sustainable energy carrier for the future. However, our mission goes beyond technical innovation alone. Personal and professional development is just as important to us, because shaping the future also means developing the skills to work in the future we are helping to build.

Working in a multidisciplinary student team of 52 members constantly challenges students to step outside their comfort zone. Alongside technical knowledge, team members develop professional skills such as communication, collaboration, and responsibility within an innovative project environment. These experiences help prepare them not only for their role within Forze, but also for their future careers.

As our Partner for Talent, Randstad supports our mission by helping our members grow both professionally and personally. Through interactive workshops and training sessions throughout the year, they provide us with valuable skills that extend far beyond engineering.

For example, Randstad has organised media training sessions to prepare us for live interviews, as well as a Professional Growth Workshop in which we learned how to present ourselves professionally, handle interview questions, and create a strong CV. These sessions help us become more confident, better prepared, and ready to perform both on and off the track.
