Technical Update: First Wheel Spin of the Season!

After our first debut with the Forze IX in the Supercar Challenge last August, preparations for the next race are already well underway. With Team XIX, we focus on making the Forze IX more reliable and race ready for our next debut.

One of the developments this year is the integration of the new RESS Extension PCB. This board improves the monitoring and communication of the Rechargeable Energy Storage System (RESS), increasing both reliability and safety of the high-voltage system.

After this integration, we recently started dyno testing. Dyno testing is an important step in validating the drivetrain and testing the car under simulated race conditions. It allows the team to collect valuable data, optimize system performance, and identify potential issues before heading to the track. 

These tests are preparing us for the next phase: extensive track testing, bringing us one step closer to being fully race ready for the next Supercar Challenge!
